About the Role
You will function as the primary owner across client accounts, coordinating with internal specialists in:
- Paid Ads
- SEO
- Content
- Design
- Marketing Automation
Your responsibility is not just execution management — it is ensuring business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Ownership
- Translate client business goals into actionable marketing strategies
- Continuously refine strategy based on data and performance
- Identify weak areas quickly and implement improvements
- Gradually take complete ownership of client growth direction
2. Execution Oversight
- Define priorities and direction for execution teams
- Review campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and content before delivery
- Maintain consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across channels
- Ensure every deliverable is client-ready
3. Client Management
- Lead client calls and manage communication independently
- Set expectations clearly and handle difficult conversations confidently
- Present marketing initiatives in terms of measurable business impact
- Operate without requiring CEO involvement in routine discussions
4. Performance Optimization
- Monitor account performance across channels
- Identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Focus on actual progress, not just reporting metrics
5. Client Retention
- Deliver consistent clarity and measurable progress
- Improve retention through strong execution and communication
- Address issues proactively before escalation
- Take ownership of long-term client satisfaction
Authority & Decision-Making
You will be expected to:
- Push back on unrealistic client expectations when necessary
- Challenge poor ideas internally or externally
- Make independent operational decisions
- Escalate only major strategic shifts to leadership

- 40+ in-house channel specialists

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
- Understanding of conversion funnels, attribution models, and lead generation
- Knowledge of RevOps and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–8+ years in agency or multi-client environments
- Strong cross-channel marketing understanding
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling multiple SMB accounts simultaneously
- Strong review and quality-control mindset
- High ownership with strong execution discipline
