GTM- Sales Specialist

GTM Executive
Working Details Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday Location: Remote (India only)
Compensation & Growth ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 fixed salary per month Performance-based bonus: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Sales Executive – Outreach & Growth (Remote)
Note: Strong English communication and writing skills are mandatory. This is a full-time role focused on sales outreach and revenue growth. We are looking for individuals who can execute consistently, communicate clearly, and are eager to learn and improve. You will be working on LinkedIn and email outreach, connecting with potential customers and driving conversations that convert into business opportunities.
What You Will Work On
- Outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Initiating and managing sales conversations
- Following proven messaging frameworks and scripts
- Handling responses, objections, and follow-ups
- Building and maintaining prospect pipelines
We already have a proven outreach system — including angles, strategies, and copy that have consistently generated results. This is a founder-led sales environment, where you will learn directly from experienced operators who have spent years refining:
