We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of client strategy, execution oversight, and communication enabling the CMO to step away from routine client operations and reviews. Core Responsibilities
Maintain complete visibility over all active projects tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across clients and teams
Attend all internal and client-facing meetings and convert conversations into structured, assigned action items
Own the project management tool end-to-end organisation, prioritisation, task hygiene, and real-time status accuracy
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication with professionalism and responsiveness
Proactively coordinate across internal teams to ensure work stays unblocked and on track
Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, pre-call briefings, and clear documentation at every stage
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years in a project management or operations role, preferably at a marketing or creative agency
Exceptional written and spoken English this is a client-facing role and communication is everything
You are annoyingly good at follow-ups, and people love you for it
Hands-on experience with tools like ClickUp, Zoho Projects, Asana, or Jira
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing clarity
Adaptable and calm in fast-moving environment you bring structure, not stress
Growth mindset you are eager to learn, improve processes, and grow with the company
Technical Skills Required
Hands-on experience with project management tools- ClickUp, Zoho Projects, Asana, Jira, or similar
Proficiency in Google Workspace- Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
Comfortable with internal communication tools like Slack
Very Good excel sheets: Ability to build and maintain tracking spreadsheets for client and project visibility
Familiarity with basic project management concepts
